Medeina Chasma is een kloof op de planeet Venus. Medeina Chasma werd in 1985 genoemd naar Medeina, de Litouwse godin van het bos.
De kloof heeft een lengte van 606 kilometer en bevindt zich in de quadrangles Tellus Tessera (V-10) en Shimti Tessera (V-11).[1][2]
