One-Two-Five is een single van de Britse poprockband 10cc. Het nummer is afkomstig van hun studioalbum Look Hear? uit 1980.
De tekst van het nummer speelt humoristisch in op het discofenomeen van de late 1970, waarbij de tempo van discomuziek steeds hoger opliep. In het nummer wordt verwezen naar een bpm van 125, wat volgens de tekst leidt tot een stijgende hartslag en zelfs een oplopende lichaamstemperatuur tot 102 graden Fahrenheit (ca 39 °C) bij de luisteraar. Ook de moeilijkheid om een afspraakje te maken in een discotheek komt aan bod.
De B-kant van de single, "Only Child", verscheen niet op het album.

In Noorwegen haalde de single de 9e positie in de hitlijsten. In Nederland werd "One Two Five" regelmatig gedraaid op Hilversum 3, maar bereikte de Nederlandse Top 40 niet. Wél stond de single de 9e plaats in de Tipparade, de 29e positie in de Nationale Hitparade en de 40e positie in de TROS Top 50.
