Parallelodon is een geslacht van uitgestorven tweekleppigen, dat leefde van het Devoon tot het Tertiair.
Beschrijving
Deze tweekleppige had een hoekige, langgerekte vorm met concentrische groeistrepen en een lange, rechte slotrand. De lengte van de schelp bedroeg circa drie centimeter.
