Praiano is een gemeente aan de Amalfikust in de Italiaanse provincie Salerno (regio Campanië) in het zuiden van Italië en telt 1980 inwoners (31-12-2004). De oppervlakte bedraagt 2,7 km², de bevolkingsdichtheid is 956 inwoners per km². Vettica Maggiore is een dorp in de gemeente Praiano.
Bezienswaardigheden
- Chiesa di San Luca Evangelista, kerk uit 1123 met onder andere een schilderij van Giovanni Bernardo Lama uit de 16de eeuw.
