Ron Dean (Chicago, 15 augustus 1938 – aldaar, 5 oktober 2025) was een Amerikaans acteur.

Dean begon in 1976 met acteren in de film The Last Affair, waarna hij nog meerdere rollen speelde in films en televisieseries. Hij speelde in onder anderen The Breakfast Club (1985), Crime Story (1986-1987), Cocktail (1988), The Fugitive (1993), Early Edition (1996-2000), The Dark Knight (2008) en Chicago Fire (2012-2013). Naast het acteren voor televisie is hij ook actief in lokale theater, zowel voor televisie als theater werkt hij voornamelijk alleen in de regio van Chicago.

Dean overleed op 5 oktober 2025 op 87-jarige leeftijd.^[2]
