Science Signaling is een internationaal wetenschappelijk tijdschrift op basis van peerreview, gericht op onderzoek naar cellulaire signaaltransductie en aanverwante processen. Het tijdschrift wordt uitgegeven door de American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Science Signaling ontstond in 2008 als opvolger van Science’s STKE (Signal Transduction Knowledge Environment).

Het tijdschrift publiceert onderzoeksartikelen, perspectives en reviews over cellulaire signaleringsmechanismen en regulatoire biologie, bijvoorbeeld signaalroutes die relevant zijn binnen de immunologie en oncologie, systeembiologische benaderingen en computationele modellen van signaalnetwerken.[1] De nadruk ligt op conceptueel vernieuwend werk.

Science Signaling hanteert een vertraagd open-access-model: onderzoeksartikelen worden 12 maanden na publicatie vrij toegankelijk.
