Sexten (Italiaans: Sesto) is een gemeente in de Italiaanse provincie Zuid-Tirol (regio Trentino-Zuid-Tirol) en telt 1.937 inwoners (2011). De oppervlakte bedraagt 80,9 km², de bevolkingsdichtheid is 24 inwoners per km².
Geografie
Sexten grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Auronzo di Cadore, Comelico Superiore, San Candido en Toblach/Dobbiaco. Daarnaast ligt het aan de volgende Oostenrijkse gemeenten: Kartitsch en Sillian.
Sexten ligt in een zijdal van het Hochpustertal.
