Strindheim IL, kortweg SIL, is een Noorse omnisportvereniging uit Trondheim die werd opgericht in 1926. De club doet aan atletiek, handbal, voetbal, schaatsen en langlaufen. Een bekende langlaufer van de club is Petter Northug.
De voetbalafdeling speelt anno 2024 in de 2.divisjon. De thuiswedstrijden worden afgewerkt op het Strindheim kunstgress in het stadsdeel Østbyen. De kleuren van SIL zijn geel-blauw.
