Op Chinees nieuwjaar neemt Crystal Shackleford twee vreemden mee in haar appartement in Londen. Ze doen samen dezelfde wens bij een Chinees idool. Volgens een oud volksgeloof moet hun wens dan uitkomen. Dan kopen ze alle drie een paardentotobriefje.
