De Trofeo Buffoni is een eendaagse wielerwedstrijd voor mannen junioren (17 en 18 jaar) die jaarlijks in de Italiaanse regio Toscane wordt verreden. De eerste editie vond plaats in 1970[1] en werd gewonnen door Maurizio Deri. De wedstrijd maakt deel uit van de UCI-kalender, met de wedstrijdcategorie 1.1.
