AdGuard – oprogramowanie filtrujące treści internetowe, pozwalające na blokowanie reklam i ochronę prywatności danych. Jest rozwijane przez Adguard Software z siedzibą na Cyprze[2]. Przedsiębiorstwo zostało założone w 2009 roku w Moskwie[3].

AdGuard umożliwia blokowanie banerów reklamowych, treści wyskakujących oraz elementów społecznościowych czy analitycznych. Jednocześnie zapewnia ochronę przed szkodliwymi witrynami internetowymi[4].

Filtrowanie ruchu odbywa się na poziomie sieci. AdGuard stanowi alternatywę dla starszego programu Ad Muncher oraz rozszerzeń działających jedynie na poziomie przeglądarki[5].

Wczesna publiczna wersja programu (AdGuard 2.0) ukazała się w 2009 roku[1]. Program był pierwotnie rozwijany jako aplikacja dla systemu Windows. W 2015 roku wydano pierwszą wersję AdGuard dla systemu OS X[6]. Producent stworzył też własne rozszerzenia do przeglądarek oraz aplikacje dla systemów mobilnych Android i iOS[7]. Powstała również wersja programu dla systemu Linux[8].

W 2018 roku z produktów AdGuard korzystało 5 mln ludzi[9].
