Robert James Hutton (ur. 21 kwietnia 1950 w Hrabstwie Jefferson, zm. 6 kwietnia 1968 w Oakland) nazywany również Lil Bobby – skarbnik i pierwszy zwerbowany członek, który dołączył do Partii Czarnych Panter[1]. Wraz z Eldridge'em Cleaverem i innymi członkami Czarnych Panter brał udział w starciu z policją w Oakland, w wyniku którego rannych zostało dwóch funkcjonariuszy. Hutton zginął z rąk policji w niejasnych okolicznościach. Cleaver twierdził, że Hutton został zastrzelony, gdy poddawał się z rękami w górze, podczas gdy policja utrzymywała, że zignorował polecenia i próbował uciec[2].

W kulturze popularnej

Hutton wielokrotnie pojawiał się w kulturze popularnej. W filmie Czarne Pantery z 1995 roku wcielił się w niego Wesley Jonathan[3].

Był on również wielokrotnie wspominany w utworach hip-hopowych m.in. w utworze „Panther Power” Parisa[4], „Get Up” grupy The Coup[5] czy „Still Fighting” grupy Smif-n-Wessun[6].
