CR Micro (China Resources Microelectronics Limited; chiń. 华润微电子有限公司) – chińskie przedsiębiorstwo z branży półprzewodnikowej, z siedzibą w Wuxi (prowincja Jiangsu). Zostało założone w 2003 roku[1][2]. Stanowi część grupy China Resources(inne języki)[3].

Przedsiębiorstwo wyspecjalizowało się w projektowaniu układów scalonych, wytwarzaniu masek fotolitograficznych oraz produkcji płytek półprzewodnikowych, a także dostarczaniu produktów z zakresu półprzewodników mocy i inteligentnych czujników[2][4]. Do produktów CR Micro należą tranzystory MOSFET oraz inne elementy mocy, w tym IGBT, SBD i FRD[4].
