Delta 5000 – seria amerykańskich rakiet nośnych Delta, będąca połączeniem rozwiązań z rakiet Delta 3000 oraz Delta II. Pomimo iż planowane było wiele wariantów, w kosmos wystrzelona została tylko jedna rakieta tej serii.
