Życie osobiste
14 sierpnia 2016, po zdobyciu srebrnego medalu na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 2016, He Zi przyjęła oświadczyny swojego chłopaka Qin Kai, który poprosił ją o rękę publicznie na oczach widowni[2].
