Minab (pers. ‏میناب‎) – miasto w południowo-wschodnim Iranie, w ostanie Hormozgan, położone około 80 km na wschód od miasta Bandar-e Abbas. W 2010 roku liczba mieszkańców Minabu wynosiła 60 148[1].

28 lutego 2026 w pierwszym dniu ataku USA i Izraela na Iran bezpośrednio trafiona została szkoła podstawowa dla dziewcząt w Minabie, przez co zginęło 175 osób, w tym 115 uczennic. Analizy wskazują, że w szkołę trafił pocisk typu Tomahawk, a sprawcami ataku byli Amerykanie[2][3].

Gospodarka

Minab jest to główny w Iranie ośrodek produkcji cytrusów i owoców mango. Bliskość Zatoki Perskiej sprawia, że jest również dobrze rozwinięte rybołówstwo.
