OVHcloud – francuska grupa technologiczna świadcząca usługi chmurowe i hostingowe. Spółką dominującą grupy jest OVH Groupe SA, francuska société anonyme z siedzibą w Roubaix[1]. Akcje OVH Groupe są notowane na Euronext Paris[5].
Historia
Przedsiębiorstwo zostało założone w 1999 roku przez Octave'a Klabę[6].
W październiku 2019 roku OVH ogłosiło przyjęcie nazwy OVHcloud. Zmiana marki miała odzwierciedlać rosnący udział usług chmurowych w działalności grupy[7].
10 marca 2021 roku pożar w kompleksie centrów danych OVHcloud w Strasburgu zniszczył centrum SBG2 i poważnie uszkodził SBG1. Pozostałe dwa centra danych w kompleksie zostały wyłączone na czas akcji i prac związanych z przywracaniem usług[8].
15 października 2021 roku OVHcloud zadebiutowało na rynku regulowanym Euronext Paris. W ramach pierwszej oferty publicznej pozyskano 400 mln euro, a kapitalizacja spółki w dniu debiutu wynosiła 3,48 mld euro[5].
20 października 2025 roku rada dyrektorów połączyła funkcje przewodniczącego rady i dyrektora generalnego. Oba stanowiska objął założyciel przedsiębiorstwa Octave Klaba[2].
