Oris SA – szwajcarskie przedsiębiorstwo produkujące zegarki. Firma założona pod nazwą Oris w szwajcarskim regionie Hölstein w 1904 roku[1].

W roku 1970 firma dołączyła do grupy ASUAG, obecnie Swatch[1].

W roku 1982 z powodu problemów finansowych spowodowanych kryzysem kwarcowym zarządzający firmą zdecydowali się na wykup menedżerski[2], zmianę nazwy na ORIS SA oraz zaprzestanie produkcji zegarków kwarcowych[1][3]. Obecnie pozostaje jednym z niewielu niezależnych producentów w Szwajcarii[4].
