Percy Tyrone Sledge (ur. 25 listopada 1940 w Leighton, zm. 14 kwietnia 2015 w Baton Rouge[1]) – amerykański muzyk zajmujący się R&B i soul.

Najbardziej znanym utworem tego artysty jest piosenka "When a Man Loves a Woman" z 1966 roku, która znalazła się na pierwszym miejscu amerykańskiej listy przebojów.

W 2005 został wprowadzony do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame[2].
