SAMOS 2 (ang. Satellite And Missile Observation Satellites) – drugi z amerykańskiej serii satelitów wywiadowczych. Była to pierwsza generacja wywiadowczych satelitów fotograficznych, mających przesyłać zdjęcia drogą radiową. Otrzymane zdjęcia były słabej jakości. Jedna z nielicznych udanych misji programu SAMOS.
