Setchellanthaceae – rodzina z rzędu kapustowców (Brassicales). Jest to takson monotypowy z jednym rodzajem Setchellanthus obejmującym jeden gatunek – Setchellanthus caeruleus. Jest to krzew występujący w Meksyku[2]. Jest endemitem pustyń Chihuahua i Tehuacán. Nie ma znaczenia ekonomicznego[4].
Morfologia

- Krzew z krótkopędami i długopędami, pokrytymi sztywnymi włoskami[4].

- Skrętoległe, ogonkowe, bez przylistków[4].
- Kwiaty
- Pojedyncze w kątach liści na długopędach. Sześć działek kielicha jest zrośniętych całkowicie, podczas kwitnienia rozdzielają się na jedną lub dwie klapy. Są one zmięśniałe u nasady. Sześć płatków korony ma barwę liliowo-niebieską. Pręcików jest (40-) 60–76, wyrastają w około 6 okółkach. Na krótkim gynoforze wzniesiona jest górna zalążnia tworzona przez trzy owocolistki. W każdej z trzech komór znajduje się 10–14 zalążków. Na szczycie krótkiego słupka znajdują się trzy znamiona[4].
