VIPRE Security Group Inc. – amerykańskie przedsiębiorstwo z dziedziny cyberbezpieczeństwa, z siedzibą w Nowym Jorku[1]. Należy do Ziff Davis[2].

Przedsiębiorstwo zostało założone w 1994 roku jako Sunbelt Software[3]. Swoją siedzibę miało w Clearwater na Florydzie[4]. W 2004 roku wydało pierwszą wersję programu antyspyware CounterSpy[5][6]. Program ten był ówcześnie uznawany za jedną z najlepszych aplikacji w swej kategorii[7][8][9][10]. W 2008 roku producent wprowadził na rynek oprogramowanie antywirusowe Vipre[3][6].

W 2010 roku przedsiębiorstwo zostało przejęte przez GFI Software[11]. W 2013 roku doszło do wydzielenia ThreatTrack Security z GFI Software[12]. W 2018 roku producent stał się częścią J2 Global[13].
