Isocrinida — отряд иглокожих класса морских лилий, включающий четыре семейства[1].

Описание

Представители этого отряда характеризуются наличием «гетероморфного» стебелька; он состоит из ряда узлов с усиками, перемежающихся несколькими узлами без усиков. Кроме того, у основания имеются боковые придатки (цирры), на которых сидит животное. Чашечка представляет собой неглубокую чашечку, состоящую из пяти базальных и пяти радиальных усиков[2].

Они более подвижны, чем другие стебельчатые морские лилии, и могут встречаться на глубине 100—170 м, а в редких случаях и ниже 400 м, но чаще всего встречаются на глубине 200—300 м[3].
