Artur Chilingarov

Artur Chilingarov

Artur Chilingarov (lindur më 25 shtator 1939 dhe vdiq më 1 qershor 2024) ishte një eksplorues polar armeno-rus, anëtar korrespondues i Akademisë Ruse të Shkencave.

Atij iu dha titulli Hero i Bashkimit Sovjetik në vitin 1986 dhe titulli Hero i Federatës Ruse në vitin 2008. Ai ishte president i Akademisë Polare Shtetërore.

Chilingarov ishte anëtar i partisë Rusia e Bashkuar; ai ishte anëtar i Dumës Shtetërore nga viti 1993 deri në 2011, dhe përsëri nga viti 2016 deri në vdekjen e tij në 2024 dhe ishte përfaqësues i Oblastit Tula në Këshillin e Federatës midis 2011 dhe 2014.
