Jive Records, në bashkëpunim me Zomba Label Group dhe Sony Music Entertainment, realizuan më 28 nëntor 2008 albumin e saj. Shiti rreth 505.000 kopje vetëm në javën e pare në SHBA dhe mbahet në vendet e para në hit-parade.Vlersohet se mbas 4 javesh ariti platin n SHBA per qe u shit albumi mbi 1,000,000 here.Dhe deri me tash albumi esht shitur mbi 1.600.000 vetem ne SHBA mirpo,ne ter boten esht shitur mbi 3.300.000 milon her.Perpos qe ka arritur sukses te madh ne SHBA,albumi arriti edhe sukses te madh ne ter evropen.Ne Kanad,albumi esht shitur mbi 250.000 dhe esht vlersuar me 3 her platin.Ne Angli albumi esht shitur rreth 300.000 her dhe esht vlersuar me platin. Ne Argjentin,Gjermani,Franc,Belgjik,Hungari,Greqi,Japoni,Zvicer albumi:Circus esht vlersuar me ari.Ne Evrop albumi ja doli te shitet mbi 700.000 her dhe esht vlersuar me ari,ndersa per platin vlersohet kur albumi esht shitur 1.000.000. Kenget e albumit qe jan percjellur me videoklip edhe kan qene ne shitje jane:

Deri sot kjo kong esht shitur mbi 3.000.000 her ne SHBA dhe mbi mbar boten 6.000.000.
Dhe sipas webfaqes "Yahoo" Womanizer esht e rradhitur ne vendin e 5 e kengeve me te shitura ne dekaten e kaluar.
