Cleveland (shqip: Klivland) është një qytet në shtetin amerikan të Ohajos dhe qendra e qarkut Cuyahoga, qarku më i populluar në shtet. Qyteti ndodhet në verilindje të Ohajos në bregun jugor të liqenit Erie, rreth 100 kilometra në perëndim të kufirit me Pensilvaninë. Ai u themelua në vitin 1796 në afërsi të grykëderdhjes së lumit Cuyahoga, dhe u bë një qendër e prodhimit për shkak të vendndodhjes së tij në breg të liqenit, si dhe duke u lidhur me kanalet e shumtë dhe linjat hekurudhore. Ekonomia e Klivelandit ka sektorë të shumëllojshëm që përfshijnë prodhimin, shërbimet financiare, kujdesin shëndetësor, dhe sektorin biomjeksor.
