Dollapi
Termi dollap fillimisht u përdor për të përshkruar një tavolinë anësore me rafte të hapur për të ekspozuar enët, më konkretisht pjatat, gotat dhe disqet. Këto dollapë të hapur zakonisht kishin nga një deri në tre nivele të ekranit, dhe në atë kohë, një sirtar ose sirtarë të shumtë ishin të pajisur me to. Fjala dollap gradualisht filloi të nënkuptojë mobilje për mbylljen e enëve ose sendeve ushqimore që ruhen në një shtëpi.[1][2]
