Hồ Chí Minh ( 胡志明), i lindur Nguyễn Sinh Cung dhe i njohur gjithashtu si Nguyễn Ái Quốc (19 maj 1890 – 2 shtator 1969) ishte një burrë shteti dhe revolucionar komunist vietnamez që ishte kryeministri (1946–1955) dhe president (1945–1969) i Republikës Demokratike të Vietnamit (Vietnami Verior).

Hồ drejtoi lëvizjen e pavarësisë Viet Minh nga 1941 e më tej, duke krijuar Republikën Demokratike të Vietnamit (të drejtuar nga qeveri komuniste) në vitin 1945 pasi mundi Bashkimin Francez në 1954 në betejën e Dien Bien Phu. Ai e humbi fuqinë politike brenda Vietnamit Verior në fund të viteve 1950, por mbeti figura më e lartë deri në vdekjen e tij. Ish kryeqyteti i Vietnamit Jugor, Saigon, pas Rënies së Saigonit, u riemërua Qyteti Hồ Chí Minh në nder të tij.
