Ibrahim Deva

Ibrahim Deva lindi në Gjakovë, ishte i ati i mininstrit të Brendshëm Xhaferr Deva

Me krizën e viteve 1875-78, u detyrua ta niste nga fillimi, si tregtar. I shquar si burrë i ndershëm, u zgjodh dy herë kryetar i Bashkisë së Mitrovicës.

Bashkëpunonte me atdhetarët Isa Boletinit, Hasan Prishtina e Nexhib Draga. Pas shpalljes së Hyrrijetit hapi një shkollën në Mitrovicë. Në një raport të datës 1 shkurt 1910, të cilin konsulli Tahu i dërgonte Achrental-it, mes tjerash shkruhet:

"Përgjegjësi i shkollës, Ibrahim agë Deva, tregtar i pasur, bujar e me ndikim ka ftuar vetë mësuesit Basri Effendi nga Gjirokastra".

Vdiq më 5 mars 1938 në moshën 78 vjeçare.
