Biografia

Është i lindur në Kanada në ishullin Princ Eduard dhe është rritur dhe edukuar në SHBA si dhe në disa prej vendeve të Amerikës së Jugut. Mban autorësinë e dhjetë librave poetikë duke përfshirë më të njohurin “Blizzard of One” (1998),për të cilëne fitoi Çmimin Pulitzer[1], për poezi nëvitin 1999.
