Modena
Modena (Modna në dialektin Modenese, nga etruskishtja Mutna, ndryshuar në Mutina nga romakët) është një qytet italian prej 184.525 banorësh, kryeqyteti i provincës në Emilia-Romanja.
Historiku
Qyteti i Modenas 1598-1859 ishte kryeqyteti i Dukatit të Estes dhe është një Universitet i lashtë dhe Kryepeshkopatë. Që nga viti 1947, qyteti është edhe shtëpia (në Pallatin e Dukës) e Akademisë Ushtarake të Ushtrisë dhe të karabinierëve.
Objekte kulti
Katedralja, Torre CIVICA dhe Piazza Grande e kanë përfshirë Modenan që nga viti 1997 në listën e vendeve të trashëgimisë italiane nga UNESCO.
