Montech ( shqiptimi frëngjisht: [mɔ̃tɛʃ] ; Ocitanisht: Montuèg ; Shqip: Maltesha) është një komunë në departamentin Tarn-et-Garonne në rajonin Ocitania në Francën jugore.

Në Canal de Garonne është shpati unik i ujit Montech, një lloj rrafshi me prirje të pjerrët i ndërtuar në vitin 1974. Pjerrësia ka qenë jashtë funksionit që nga një dështim i motorit në 2009.
