Procesi

Procesi është shprehje me të cilën kuptohen rrjedha e veprimeve (operacioneve) të nevojshme për arrtjen e një qëllimi të caktuar. Procesi është vetë rrjedha e një pune të nevjoshme për të ardhur deri tek një përfundim apa një fazë të përfundimit. Ku përfundim i procesit mund të jetë çdo gjë e krijuar që kërkon një sasi të energjisë në trajta të ndryshme.

Në shkencat ekonomike Procesi (ang.: Process) përkufizohet si : Disa detyra të lidhura llogjikisht, që përfshijne njerëz, makineri dhe metoda; të përdorura për të ndryshuar materiale, burime apo të dhëna (inpute)në mallra apo shërbime (output)[1].
