Puno, Punu është një qytet në juglindje të Perusë, që ndodhet në bregun e Liqenit Titikaka. Ai është kryeqyteti i Rajonit Puno dhe Provincës Puno me një popullsi prej rreth 149.839 (2015). Qyteti u themelua në 1668 nga mëkëmbësi Pedro Antonio Fernández de Castro, si kryeqytet i provincës së Paucarcolla me emrin San Juan Bautista de Puno. Emri u ndryshua më vonë në San Carlos de Puno, në nder të mbretit Carlos II të Spanjës. Puno ka disa kisha që datojnë nga periudha koloniale. Ato u ndërtuan për ti shërbyer popullatës spanjolle dhe për të ungjillizuar vendasit.
