Samfaina
Samfaina është një pjatë katalano - valenciane e bazuar në patëllxhanë dhe kunguj të njomë të prerë në kubikë, një sofrito me hudhër dhe qepë të copëtuar dhe domate të grira, të gatuara në vaj ulliri . Mund të shtohen përbërës të tjerë si specat e kuq dhe jeshil, si dhe barishte si trumza dhe rozmarina.
Në Katalonjë zakonisht hahet si shoqërues për mish (zakonisht brinjë derri, lepur, pulë, etj.) ose peshk ( ton, merluc, etj.). Kjo zakonisht shtohet në tigan ose tavë për të përfunduar gatimin me samfainë. Në provincat qendrore të Komunitetit Valencias është një përbërës tipik i cocas .
