Semey (Kazakisht: Семей) është qytet në Kazakistan, në rajonin Kazakistani Lindor afër kufirit me Rusinë. Ndodhet rreth 1,000 kilometra në veri të Almaty dhe rreth 700 kilometra në juglindje të qytetit rusë Omsk, nëpërmjet Lumit Irtysh.

Klima

Klima në Semey është me verë të nxehtë dhe dimër të ftohtë. Temperatura më e ulët ishte −48.6 °C u regjistrua në nëntor 1938, dhe temperatura më e lartë ishte 42.5 °C u regjistrua në gusht 2002.[1]
