Trance

Trance (shqiptohet: trens) është zhanër i muzikës elektronike (electronic dance music) që ka filluar të zhvillohet rreth vitit 1990 në Gjermani. Është e karakterizuar me tempo të melodisë me rrahje prej 120 deri 160 rrahje për minutë, duke përsëritur frazat e melodies që e formojnë atë muzikë.

Artistët që kanë krijuar/ krijojnë muzikë trance janë: Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz, Gareth Emery, Alex M.O.R.P.H., BT, Cosmic Gate, Tiesto etj., etj.

Trance Top 1000 – 2013

Sipas një votimi nga mijëra adhurues të muzikës trance, në vitin 2013, ata votuan muzikën „Tuvan“ të Gaias (pseudonim i Armin van Buurenit) si klasikja më e mirë, përcjellur nga „Silence“ -Delerium në bashkëpunim me Sarah McLachlan; „Adagio For Strings“ -Tiesto etj.
