Rakuten Viber, i njohur zakonisht thjesht si Viber, është një aplikacion izraelit ndërplatformor për komunikim zanor përmes internetit (VoIP) dhe mesazhe të çastit (IM), në pronësi të kompanisë japoneze të teknologjisë Rakuten Group. Shërbimi ofrohet pa pagesë dhe është i disponueshëm për sistemet operative Android, iOS, Microsoft Windows, macOS dhe Linux.
Përdoruesit regjistrohen dhe identifikohen përmes numrit të telefonit celular, megjithëse shërbimi mund të përdoret edhe në kompjuter pa pasur nevojë për lidhje me një pajisje mobile. Përveç dërgimit të mesazheve të çastit, Viber u mundëson përdoruesve të shkëmbejnë përmbajtje multimediale, si fotografi, video dhe skedarë, si dhe ofron një shërbim me pagesë për thirrje ndërkombëtare, të quajtur Viber Out.
Aplikacioni u lançua në vitin 2010 nga kompania Viber Media, e themeluar nga Talmon Marco dhe Igor Magazinnik. Në vitin 2014, Rakuten bleu kompaninë Viber Media dhe më pas e riemërtoi atë në Rakuten Viber. Selia qendrore e kompanisë ndodhet në Qipro, ndërsa ajo ka zyra edhe në Londër, Manila, Paris, San Francisko, Singapor, Tokio dhe Pekin.
