Walter Block

Walter Block është një ekonomist i shkollës Austriake dhe teorist anarko-kapitalist.[1] Aktualisht punon në J. A. Butt School of Business në Loyola University New Orleans.

Jeta dhe edukimi

Qalter Block ka lindur në Brooklyn, New York nga prindër izraelianë Abraham Block e Ruth Block, që mëpastaj janëpërkufizuar nga i biri si "liberal"[1] (term që në zhargonin politik amerikan është ekuivalent me qasje të majta në ekonomi, sociale dhe socialdemokratike). Mbaroi studimet duke u diplomuar me lëvdatë në filozofi në Brooklyn College. Ph.D.-në në ekonomi i e fitoi në Columbia University duke e shkruar tezën e vet mbi kontrollin qeveritar të çmimeve.
