Ananain (EC 3.4.22.31) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza proteina sa širokom specifičnošću za peptidne veze. Najbolju poznati supstrat je mali molekul Bz-Phe-Val-Arg-NHMec. Enzim ima širu specifičnost od voćnog bromelaina

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz stabljike biljke ananasa, Ananas comosus.
