Barierpepsin (EC 3.4.23.35, proteinaza prepreke, Bar proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Selektivno razlaganje -Leu6-Lys- veze u feromonu alfa faktoru parenja

Ovau endopeptidazu izlučuje pekarski kvasac (Saccharomyces cerevisiae ).
