Botrolizin (EC 3.4.24.50, Bothrops metaloendopeptidaza J, J proteaza) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Gln4-His, Ser9-His i Ala14-Leu insulinskog B lanca i Pro-Phe u angiotenzinu I
Ova endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zmije Bothrops jararaca.
