Hipodermin C (EC 3.4.21.49, hipoderma kolagenaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza proteina uključujući prirodni kolagen na -Ala vezi čime se formira N-terminalni (75%) i C-terminalni (25%) fragment

Pvak enzim je izolovan iz larvi muve, Hipoderma lineatum.
