Ofiolizin (EC 3.4.24.51, Ophiophagus metaloendopeptidaza) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Asn3-Gln, Gln4-His, His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu, i Tyr16-Leu u insulinskom B lancu
Ova endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu kobre Ophiophagus hannah.
