Teleostomi su zastarela klada kičmenjaka sa čeljustima za koje se smatra da obuhvata tetrapode, koštane ribe, i potpuno izumrle akantodijanske ribe. Ključne karakteristike ove grupe obuhvataju operculum i jedan par respiratornih otvora, svojstvas koja su izgubljena ili modifikovana u nekim kasnijim predstavnicima. Teleostomi obuhvataju sve kičmenjake sa čeljustima izuzev rušljoriba i izumrle klase Placodermi.
Nedavne studije indiciraju da su Osteichthyes evoluirale iz Placodermi poput Entelognathus, dok su akantodijani najbliži modernim Chondrichthyes. Teleostomi, stoga nisu validna prirodna klada, nego su polifiletska grupa vrsta.[1]
