Si Adna Romanza Chaffee (Abril 14, 1842 – Nobyembre 1, 1914) ay isang Tinyente Heneral sa Hukbo ng Estados Unidos. Siya ay sumali sa Amerikanong Digmaang Sibil at Mga Digmaang Indiano. Siya ay gumampan ng mahalagang papael sa Digmaang Espanyol-Amerikano at lumaban sa Rebelyong Boxer sa Tsina. Siya ay Chief of Staff of the United States Army mula 1904 hanggang 1906.
