Ang Bayan ng Arteche ay isang ika-5 klaseng bayan sa lalawigan ng Silangang Samar, Pilipinas. Ayon sa senso ng 2024, ito ay may populasyon na 16,648 sa may 3,908 na kabahayan. Sa timog-silangan, ito ay napapaligiran ng San Policarpo, sa timog ng Oras. Sa hilaga, ito ay napapaligiran ng Karagatang Pasipiko at sa hilagang-kanluran ng Lapinig, at kalapit nito ang Maslog.
