Ang Bulzi (Sardo: Bultzi) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Sacer, awtonomonmg rehiyon ng Cerdeña, kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 180 kilometro (110 mi) sa hilaga ng Cagliari at mga 25 kilometro (16 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Sassari.

Ang Bulzi ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Laerru, Perfugas, Santa Maria Coghinas, at Sedini.

Kabilang sa mga tanawin ang ika-12 siglong simbahan ng San Pietro del Crocifisso, o San Pietro delle Immagini, isang halimbawa ng estilong Romanikong Sardo.
