Ang Collettorto ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Campobasso sa Italyanong rehiyon ng Molise, na matatagpuan mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) mula sa kabisera ng rehiyon na Campobasso at 40 kilometro (25 mi) mula sa Termoli (CB) bayan sa dalampasigan na may pantalan, riles, at highway A14 (linyang Adriatico).
