Ang Frigento ay isang bayan at isang komuna sa lalawigan ng Avellino, Campania, katimugang Italya. Matatagpuan ito sa lambak Ansanto at may hangganan sa mga munisipalidad ng Carife, Flumeri, Gesualdo, Grottominarda, Guardia Lombardi, Rocca San Felice, Sturno, at Villamaina. Ang pangalan nito ay nagmula sa salitang Latin na frequentia ("dalas").
